Fun Things to Do For Your St. Pete Bachelorette

Beach Day

You can’t do a St. Pete bachelorette party without a little beach time! St. Pete Beach is absolutely gorgeous, with soft white sand, emerald-green water, and that perfect Florida sunshine.

If you want a little extra fun, head to the area in front of TradeWinds, where you’ll find a giant inflatable water slide—and if you’re here during summer, there’s even a floating water park!

The Cabana Club

If you want a totally stress-free and aesthetic beach setup, The Cabana Club is the move. They handle everything—set up, tear down, and all the essentials like water, sunscreen, a speaker, and even a portable charger.

It’s basically a VIP beach experience where all you have to do is show up and sip your drink. And let’s be real, this setup is made for bach party photos!

St. Pete Beach Bar Crawl

If you’re in the mood for a boozy beach day, a bar crawl along St. Pete Beach is where it’s at. Some of the best spots to check out are PCI, Jimmy B’s, and Coconut Charlies—they’ve got strong drinks, live music, and fun extras like beach volleyball.

Whether you’re looking to dance, chill with a frozen cocktail, or play some games, these bars always bring the party vibes.

Day on the Water

If you really want to level up the St. Pete bachelorette party, getting out on the water is a must! There are so many fun St. Pete boat tours to choose from, whether you want to go tiki-style, watch dolphins, or enjoy a dreamy sunset cruise.

  • Cruisin’ Tiki – This is your own personal floating bar cruising around downtown St. Pete. You bring your own booze, and they provide the tiki vibes, waterfront views, and (if you’re lucky) some dolphin sightings! You might even spot baby sharks near the sandbar. Morning, afternoon, and sunset tours are available—we did sunset (check my TikTok here), and it was absolutely stunning. For bigger groups check out Totally Tiki Tours.
  • Island Ferry LLC Dolphin & Snorkel Tour – If you’re looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation, this 2-hour tour is perfect. You’ll head out from Tierra Verde (just 10 minutes from St. Pete Beach) to watch dolphins and snorkel in crystal-clear waters.
  • Tampa Bay Sunset Sail – This one’s for the girls who love a classy moment. Captain Andy takes you out on a 47-foot sailboat, and you get to watch the city skyline light up as the sun sets over the bay. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful way to wrap up a bachelorette weekend in St. Pete.

Whatever you choose, just make sure to book your tour in advance so you don’t miss out.

Have a Picnic

Okay, but picnics have seriously leveled up, and I’m here for it! Picnics Perfected set up the dreamiest picnic for our girls’ night, complete with wine, charcuterie, and a gorgeous sunset. She has everything covered, from cozy blankets to fun games, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy.

The best part? Picnics are so versatile! You can have one at your rental, the beach, or Vinoy Park, depending on the vibe you’re going for. Whether you want a chill beachside hangout or a chic setup in the park, this is such a fun and relaxing way to spend time with your girls.

Trolley Pub

If your bach crew loves a good brewery crawl, Trolley Pub is the way to go! You can rent the whole bike and pedal from brewery to brewery while sipping on your drinks and blasting your favorite bachelorette playlist. The tour lasts two hours and lets you bring your own cooler with drinks and snacks (just no hard liquor or glass). You’ll hit up four of St. Pete’s best bars and breweries along the way!

If you’re doing this with a group, definitely book in advance to lock in your spots!

Want to DIY your own brewery crawl instead? St. Pete is packed with amazing breweries and wine bars. 3 Daughters Brewing is my personal favorite—it’s a massive open warehouse with incredible ciders and beers, plus a ton of fun games to keep the party going.

Kayak or Stand-Up Paddleboard Tour

For a little adventure, take your bach crew on a clear kayak tour of Shell Key Preserve! This 2-2.5 hour guided tour takes you through the most stunning waters, where you can spot wildlife, learn about the area, and even get some Instagram-worthy pics.

If you want something a little different, Sharkey’s Glass Bottom Tours offers LED night tours on glass-bottom kayaks. The lights illuminate the water beneath you, and they even give you fish food to attract marine life! It’s such a unique way to experience the water and makes for an unforgettable night.

Take a Day Trip

One of the best things about having a bachelorette party in St. Pete is how close you are to so many other amazing spots in Tampa Bay! If you’re only here for a few days, don’t stress about a day trip, but if you have extra time, I highly recommend checking out another area.

There are so many amazing spots for day trips, but one of my favorites is a trip to the springs. Especially if it’s manatee season, it’s just so magical! Check out this clear kayak tour at Weeki Wachee.

Florida Orange Groves Winery

Need a little break from the beach? Head to Florida Orange Groves Winery, one of my favorite wineries in Tampa Bay! They’ve got over 43 different wines, from citrusy and tropical to classic ports and sparklings.

Their tasting experience is so fun—it starts with a flight of their most popular wines (ranging from sweet to dry), then you get to pick your own, and finally, you’ll sample some of their famous slushies. Whether you’re a wine lover or just in it for the slushies, this spot is such a fun and unique stop for your St. Pete bachelorette party!

Bar Hop

St. Pete is hands down my favorite place to go out in Tampa Bay! The best part? All the fun bars are super close to each other, so you can hop from one to the next without missing a beat. Whether you’re in the mood for dancing, drinks, or just a cool vibe, these spots are must-visit for your St. Pete bachelorette party:

  • Good Night John Boy – One of my top spots in St. Pete. The vibe is so fun! I mean they had me at light up dance floor and disco ball.
  • Dirty Laundry – One of my favorite speakeasies in Tampa Bay! It appears to be a trendy laundromat serving up pastries and coffee. However, by night I suggest you pick up their payphone to be informed on how to enter and be transported to a Havana-inspired cocktail lounge.
  • Saigon Blonde – A quirky, vibey bar that mixes fun cocktails with funky decor. It’s the perfect spot to dance with your girls!
  • The Estate – If you’re looking for more of a club feel, head here. It’s got an amazing vibe, awesome EDM music, and plenty of room to dance.

This is really just touching on a few of my faves, but check out my full list of fun bars in downtown St. Pete to see which ones fit your vibe!

Coffee + Brunch Spots

Giving you the rundown on a few of my faves, but check out my full list of favorite St. Pete coffee shops and St. Pete brunch spots for more!

  • Grove Surf & Coffee – If you’re over in St. Pete Beach, this is a must. The coffee is so good, and the whole shop has the cutest coastal vibe. You’ll want to grab a latte and a new beachy outfit while you’re there.
  • Bandit Coffee Co. – If you’re into specialty coffee and minimalistic aesthetics, Bandit is a must. Their lattes are top-tier, and they always have fun seasonal drinks!
  • Flatbread & Butter – A cute neighborhood cafe with amazing coffee and some of the best avocado toast in town. It’s a great spot for a casual bite before heading out for the day.
  • Pete’s Bagels – They are unreal. Like, life-changing, and an actual hangover cure.
  • The Library – A brunch spot and an aesthetic dream. Inspired by the George Peabody Library, this spot serves up delicious brunch classics, craft coffee, and fancy cocktails if you’re feeling boozy.
  • Wild Child – Their brunch is so good, and the vibe is really colorful and fun. Not to mention their drinks are delicious too!

If you need the perfect meal for a beach or boat day, grab the Cool Ranch Rider from Gateway Subs. I’m not even kidding—it’s the best sub I’ve ever had in my life.

Dinner Spots

Again, these are just a few of my faves! But check out my full list of the best restaurants in downtown St. Pete for more ideas.

  • 82 Degrees – If you’re out by St. Pete Beach, this spot is such a good pick. Great drinks, delicious food, and an atmosphere that feels effortlessly chic without trying too hard.
  • Allelo – If your group is into wine and shareable plates, this is your spot. Super chic, great atmosphere, and the kind of place where you’ll want to order half the menu.
  • Birch & Vine – Right on Beach Drive with beautiful views, upscale yet not stuffy, and the perfect place for a fancy-ish dinner before bar hopping downtown.
  • Good Fortune – Sushi is the perfect pre-game meal, and this spot is a whole vibe, especially at night. They even have a DJ on the weekends, so it’s basically dinner and a party all in one.

Fun St. Pete Bachelorette Party Vendors

  • Party Planning & Decorating – If you want your bach weekend to look like it came straight off Pinterest, Tampa Bay Baches and Tampa Bay Bachelorette have you covered. They’ll handle everything from fridge stocking to full-blown itinerary planning, plus their decor is so detailed and personalized—it’s like they read your mind.
  • Another top-tier option is Bride Tribe Events. They’ve decorated over 200 bachelorette parties in the last two years, and their setups are seriously next level. Their Airbnb-safe backdrops (8 feet tall and 5 feet wide) make for the ultimate photo ops, and since they don’t stick to the walls, you can move them inside or outside. No tape marks, no cleanup—Bride Tribe handles it all! They also do goodie bags, fridge stocking, and party planning, plus they have exclusive discounts with some of the best vendors in the area.
  • Custom Coconuts from Surfing Coconut – Because sipping out of a personalized coconut just hits different on a bach trip. It’s a fun, unique, and delicious way to add some tropical vibes to your weekend.
  • Champagne Cart from Prop Champagne Rentals – Want to make your party extra? Add a champagne cart to the festivities because bubbly makes everything better!

Where to Stay in St. Pete

My favorite part of bachelorette trips? Sharing a house with all the girls! It just makes the whole weekend so much more fun. Check out VRBO for what’s available during your dates—I’d say go for a beachfront spot so you can wake up to those ocean views and then Uber downtown when you’re ready to hit the bars.

If you prefer a hotel, The Don CeSar (aka the iconic Pink Palace) is an absolute dream. It’s right on the beach and the perfect backdrop for all your bach party pics. If you’re more into a downtown vibe, The Vinoy is another stunning option—historic, gorgeous, and pink. You really can’t go wrong with either!
